🏷️Return Policy
- Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept any form of refund, exchange or return except for manufacture defects. In any case the product arrives damaged, please contact aipetshop1@gmail.com or WeChat us (ID:aipetshop). Please send photos and details for proof of the damaged product. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to return your inquiry, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
- You have 5 days to report the defected product from the date when the package is delivered. The delivery fee, if any, will not be refund.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of an item's return, unless there was an error on our behalf.
- We ONLY accept returns when products are received damaged or a manufacturing fault.

- Exchanges are not processed at this time.

- Refund is processed within 24 hours after the returned package is received.
