🏷️Processing Time

  • Please allow 5-7 days processing time for us to complete your order. We try to ship out our orders as quickly as possible; typically the processing time is shorter than this window. 


🏷️Shipping Rates 

  • Domestic Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and dimension of the packages. It will be quoted at the check-out page. Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping. 


🏷️Delivery Time 

  • Standard shipping is via Canada Post and will be received within 5-10 business days domestically. You will receive a shipping notification email with the carrier and tracking number. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays. *Due to the impact of COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed.


🏷️US Shipping Disclaimer:

  • The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for understanding the importation regulations of the shipping address they specify on their order. Please be aware that importation of specific products (meat, milk products; meat and eggs of poultry; or food items CBP considers inadmissible) is generally prohibited to US, the customers are fully responsible when importing and we do not have control over removal or destruction of items. We will not be held responsible for any destruction or seizure. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These charges must be borne by the recipient.
  • When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. The packages could stay in warehouse for 1-4+ weeks until released all depending on US government agency. Please note that we do not have control over this.


    🏷️Shipping International 

    • We ship anywhere that Canada Post allow. Usually it takes 3-4 weeks for international. 
    • For our international friends, please be aware of your country's duty charges, customs, restrictions, and limited delivery locations via your shipping method when placing your order. Ài Pet is not responsible for any customs charges or extra fees. 
    • Once the package is shipped out, we are rely on the postal services to deliver your order. Ài Pet is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
