Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. We always try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, and most orders are processed sooner than this timeframe.

🏷️ Shipping Rates

Domestic shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. The exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

At this time, we do not offer free shipping.

🏷️ Delivery Time

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Please note delivery times do not include weekends or statutory holidays. Delays may occur due to carrier or external factors beyond our control.

🏷️ Shipping Within Canada

We ship all products within Canada, including pet treats and meat-based items.

🏷️ United States Shipping Policy

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, we are currently unable to ship any meat-based pet treats or food products to the United States.

At this time, we only ship non-food items such as toys, accessories, and supplies to U.S. addresses.

Please note:

  • The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all U.S. laws and import regulations.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or related charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Once an order has been shipped, Ài Pet is not responsible for customs clearance delays, inspections, seizures, or destruction of goods by U.S. authorities.

  • We do not have control over customs processing times or decisions.

If you are unsure whether an item can be imported into the U.S., we strongly recommend checking with U.S. Customs before placing your order.

🏷️ International Shipping (Outside Canada & U.S.)

We ship internationally where Canada Post service is available. Delivery typically takes approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing times.

If your order contains pet treats or food products, we strongly recommend reviewing your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Please note:

  • The recipient is fully responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, inspection fees, or other charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Ài Pet is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, destroyed, or seized by customs authorities.

  • Once shipped, delivery is handled by the postal carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after dispatch.
